Refund policy

DIGITAL PRODUCTS

Forge Studio Apps sells digital products delivered electronically. Because customers receive access to downloadable files shortly after purchase, digital products cannot be returned or exchanged after download or access has been provided.

We want every purchase to work as described. Contact deverenpod2@gmail.com within 7 days of purchase if the download link does not work; a file is missing, corrupted, or cannot be opened using the supported device and browser requirements stated on the product page; you received the wrong digital product; or the product materially differs from its description.

Include the order number and a brief description or screenshot of the issue. We may first provide troubleshooting help, a replacement file, or an updated download. If we cannot resolve a verified issue, we may issue a full or partial refund to the original payment method.

Refunds are not normally offered for change of mind, accidental purchases after the file has been accessed, failure to review stated compatibility requirements, or requests caused by third-party software or unsupported devices. Duplicate purchases will be reviewed individually.

Nothing in this policy limits any non-waivable rights available under applicable consumer-protection law.

ORDER CANCELLATION

Contact deverenpod2@gmail.com immediately if you need to cancel an order. We can cancel an order only if digital access or delivery has not yet been provided. Once a download link or digital file has been delivered, the digital-product terms above apply.
