DIGITAL DELIVERY POLICY

Forge Studio Apps products are digital downloads. No physical item will be shipped unless a product page expressly says otherwise.

After payment is successfully processed, download instructions or a secure download link will be displayed at checkout, sent to the email address used for the order, or both. Delivery is usually prompt, but security checks, email filtering, or payment review can occasionally cause delays.

If the delivery email does not arrive within 30 minutes:

1. Check the spam, junk, promotions, and updates folders.
2. Confirm that the email address entered at checkout is correct.
3. Check the order-confirmation page or customer account for a download link.
4. Contact deverenpod2@gmail.com with the order number.

Customers may submit support requests at any time. Please allow up to 12 hours for a response.

Customers are responsible for downloading and securely backing up purchased files. Access links may be limited or expire. If a valid link expires, contact us and we will review the order and restore access when appropriate.

Product pages identify relevant compatibility requirements. Most Forge Studio Apps mini apps are downloadable HTML-based products designed to run in a supported modern web browser. Features, storage behavior, and device support may vary by product. Review the specific product description before purchasing.
