DIGITAL PRODUCT TERMS OF SERVICE
These terms supplement the store terms and apply to digital products sold by Forge Studio Apps. By purchasing, downloading, or using a digital product, you agree to these terms.
PERSONAL-USE LICENSE
Each purchase grants the buyer a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the digital product for personal use only. The product is licensed, not sold, and all intellectual-property rights remain with Forge Studio Apps or the identified rights holder.
You may not resell, redistribute, share, sublicense, publish, or give away the files or download link; copy or modify the product for resale or commercial distribution; upload the files to shared libraries, marketplaces, membership sites, or public repositories; remove copyright, trademark, or ownership notices; or use the product in a way that violates law or infringes another person's rights. Commercial use, client work, multi-user use, resale, and redistribution are not permitted.
LOCAL DATA AND BACKUPS
Some offline HTML mini apps save information locally in the customer's browser or device. Unless a product page says otherwise, Forge Studio Apps does not host, synchronize, or recover data entered into those local app files. Customers are responsible for understanding the product's import, export, backup, and restore features and for maintaining backups of important information.
Do not enter highly sensitive information into a product unless its documentation expressly says that use is supported and explains the relevant protections. Products are organizational tools and are not substitutes for professional medical, legal, financial, tax, mental-health, or other professional advice.
COMPATIBILITY AND UPDATES
Compatibility requirements are listed on each product page. Customers are responsible for confirming that their device, operating system, browser, storage permissions, and any required third-party software meet those requirements before purchasing.
We may provide bug fixes, documentation updates, or replacement files at our discretion. A purchase does not guarantee perpetual updates, new features, cloud synchronization, or compatibility with future device or browser changes unless expressly stated.
ACCEPTABLE USE
You may not use a product to violate law, interfere with another person, distribute malicious code, attempt to bypass product protections, or falsely represent the product as your own work.
DISCLAIMER AND LIMITATION
Digital products are provided on an "as available" basis to the fullest extent permitted by law. Results depend on the customer's use, device, browser, data, and circumstances. We do not guarantee a particular personal, educational, business, health, financial, or other outcome.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Forge Studio Apps will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages; loss of data, profits, or opportunity; or problems caused by unsupported devices, third-party software, customer modifications, or failure to maintain backups. Any aggregate liability related to a product will not exceed the amount paid for that product, except where applicable law does not allow that limitation.
TERMINATION
The license ends if these terms are materially violated. Upon termination, use must stop and all copies must be deleted, except where retention is required by law.
CHANGES AND CONTACT
We may update these terms from time to time. The version posted at the time of purchase applies unless a change is required by law or benefits the customer. Questions should be sent to deverenpod2@gmail.com. These terms are governed by the laws that apply to Forge Studio Apps and the customer's purchase, without limiting any non-waivable consumer rights.
